I drive enterprise technology implementations that stick — by focusing on the people behind the systems. With 20+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams through complex rollouts, production support operations, and organizational change, I bring a balanced perspective that bridges technical delivery with real-world user adoption. I translate ambiguous requirements into clear action plans, build training and enablement frameworks that reduce friction, and ensure downstream impacts are understood before changes move forward.
My background spans the full implementation lifecycle — from requirements gathering and workflow consultation through go-live support and continuous improvement. I've led multi-year technology modernization efforts, built production support structures across global teams, and managed daily operations in JIRA, ServiceNow, and Confluence to keep cross-functional work aligned and moving. I'm known for being the person who connects the dots between what the system needs and what users actually need to succeed.
Nice to meet you!
My path to IT wasn't a straight line — and that's exactly what makes me effective. I started in television production after graduating from La Salle University, where I learned to manage fast-moving teams, tight deadlines, and high-stakes deliverables in real time. From there I moved into financial services, spending years managing retirement plans for clients of all sizes before shifting into system configuration, troubleshooting, and technology project management from the business side. That progression gave me something most PMs don't have — a deep understanding of end-user workflows, client operations, and what it actually feels like when a system doesn't work the way people expect it to.
I eventually found my home in IT, first as a system tester and then as a project manager leading a global team grounded in doing the right thing because it's the right thing to do. Along the way I spent eight years working out of Arizona (you don't have to shovel sunshine!) before returning to the suburbs of Philadelphia, where I still live today. When I'm not working, you'll find me cheering on our Philly sports teams, out on a hiking trail, making epoxy resin art, or spending time with family. I'm always open to new experiences and good conversation — I genuinely enjoy learning how others see the world.
I'm currently exploring remote opportunities in IT implementation leadership, production support management, and enterprise transformation — roles where reliability matters, users need support they can trust, and cross-functional collaboration drives results.
