I lead global cross‑functional teams through complex technology support and implementation work, with a focus on system stability, user enablement, and clear communication. I help people work effectively by translating real workflows into processes, training, and support structures that reduce friction and improve adoption. My background blends production support leadership with user‑focused problem‑solving, giving me a balanced view of both operational needs and how teams actually work. My approach is client‑focused and people‑centered, grounded in understanding how users work and what they need to be successful.
My background spans production support operations, workflow consultation, requirements gathering, and cross‑functional coordination. I translate unclear requests into actionable requirements, facilitate working sessions to uncover what users actually need, and ensure downstream impacts are understood before changes move forward.
I’ve supported multi‑year technology modernization efforts, created training materials and procedures in ServiceNow and Confluence, and managed daily JIRA workflows to keep teams aligned and remove blockers. I’m known for being organized, detail‑oriented, and able to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Earlier in my career, I worked across enterprise technology implementations and operations, which shaped my approach to problem solving and process improvement. I enjoy roles where reliability matters, users need support they can trust, and cross‑functional collaboration is essential to keeping systems running smoothly.
Nice to meet you!
Originally from New York, I grew up in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania with dreams of becoming a tv sportscaster! After graduating from LaSalle University, I went on to work in television production for about three years before landing a career in finance and technology. I worked for many years managing retirement plans for clients of all sizes, and then moved into system set-up and troubleshooting, technology project management from the business side, and then found my passion in IT, first as a system tester and then as a project manager overseeing a global team focused on doing the right thing because it's the right thing to do.
I transferred to Arizona where I lived and worked for nearly eight years and came to love the desert (you don't have to shovel sunshine!). Eventually I came back to PA and the snow where I still live in the suburbs of Philadelphia. I am a huge fan of all our Philly sports teams and enjoy playing and watching sports, hiking, making epoxy resin crafts and artwork, and spending time with my family. I am always open to new experiences, cultures, and enjoy good conversation and learning how others think and perceive the world.
